Concentrix interviews focus on communication, customer handling and attitude. Its careers FAQ says: "Your enthusiasm, work ethic, and values are the important part. The experience will come along the way." Applicants are also invited to timed online tests on Harver.
The details below come from the Concentrix careers FAQ and its recruitment scam warning, linked as we go. Where Concentrix doesn't say something, we say so. The interview questions are ones to prepare for. Concentrix doesn't publish its questions.

What is the Concentrix hiring process?
You apply online, complete any Harver tests you're invited to, speak to the recruitment team and interview if you progress. Concentrix doesn't publish how long this takes, how many interviews there are or the exact order of the steps. Its FAQ does say the feedback process "will depend on the country and the role that you are applying for".
Applying
- Search all openings at jobs.concentrix.com, filtering by category if you want a job outside customer support.
- Apply to each role separately. Concentrix welcomes applications to several positions, but each needs its own application.
- Your CV should give an overview of your work experience, your personal abilities and your language skills.
- No suitable opening? Concentrix accepts speculative applications.

What is the Concentrix online assessment?
It's a set of timed online tests run on Harver, which Concentrix calls "a virtual assessment tool that allows us to objectively evaluate our candidates." After you apply, you're invited by email to start language or competency tests.
Concentrix says you can expect to be tested in:
| Area | What Concentrix says |
|---|---|
| Language proficiency | Review basic grammar and vocabulary |
| Computer proficiency | Review the computer skills you may be tested on |
| Customer support | Listed as a tested area; no detail published |
| Typing skills | Listed as a tested area; no speed target published |
| Internet speed and system | Tested for work-from-home roles |
Concentrix doesn't publish how many questions there are, how long each test takes, the pass mark or a typing-speed target, so treat figures you read elsewhere as unconfirmed. It does give three practical rules:
- The assessment is timed. Once you open the module, the clock starts.
- Find somewhere quiet where you're unlikely to be interrupted.
- Report technical problems at once to the recruitment team in the country where you applied.
How to practise for each part:
- Language: read and write short customer replies, checking grammar and vocabulary. If you're applying for a role in more than one language, practise each.
- Typing: practise copying text accurately at a steady speed. Our typing test guide covers how these tests are scored in general.
- Customer support: if the questions show you customer situations and ask what you'd do, it's a situational judgement format. Our guide to situational judgement tests explains how those work.
- Work from home: test your internet connection and close other programs before you start.
For a fuller plan, our customer service representative prep guide walks through each stage of hiring for the role, and you can try the task formats in our free customer service practice test.
What is the Concentrix interview process?
Concentrix doesn't publish its interview rounds or format, and they can differ by country and role. Its FAQ says its team will contact you by phone, and by email or text message if it can't reach you, so keep your phone on and answer calls from unknown numbers while you're applying. Ask the recruiter how many rounds there are and who you'll speak to.
Concentrix also tells you what it's looking for:
- "game-changers who bring energy, passion, and a unique set of skills and talent";
- people who share its values. It says it is "sometimes flexible with the job requirements as long as you share our values";
- for roles in its customer experience centres, "creative and analytical thinking to solve problems".
Its culture beliefs, which several answers below draw on, are:
- We are not here for the status quo!
- We are changing the game in the pursuit of excellence.
- We are fighting for better brand experiences.
- Championing our people.
- Acting with integrity. Collaborating constructively.
- Always with exemplary character!
- We win only when our clients win.
- We are One Team, One Company.
How to spot a fake Concentrix interview
Concentrix's scam warning says it will never:
- ask for money, pre-payment or bank account details when you apply, including for equipment, travel or application fees;
- ask for a Social Security number, national or government ID number, or your date of birth in the initial application;
- interview you by text chat in Facebook Messenger, Telegram or Google Hangouts.
Proof of identity and work authorisation are handled through official Concentrix channels later. If someone claiming to be from Concentrix asks for any of the above, stop and report it through the form on that page.
What happens after the Concentrix interview?
Concentrix says it strives to give feedback, though the process depends on the country and the role. If you're offered a job, the contract may be indefinite-term (permanent once you pass the trial period) or fixed-term (it may be renewed depending on project availability and your performance). If you're not selected, Concentrix says you're welcome to apply again.
Common Concentrix interview questions and how to answer them
1. Tell me about yourself.
Keep it to about a minute: your education or recent work, one strength that fits customer-facing work, and why you applied. Speak clearly, because the interviewer is also judging your communication.
2. Why do you want to work at Concentrix?
Be specific. Concentrix says its vision is "to be the greatest customer engagement company in the world", and that it values enthusiasm and work ethic over experience. Connect that to you: you enjoy helping people, you want to build a career, and Concentrix offers training and paths into areas such as operations, HR and recruitment.
3. Why do you want to work in customer service?
Give a real reason: you like solving problems, talking to people or learning about products. Back it with an example, even from college or a part-time job.
4. How would you handle an angry customer?
Use a clear sequence: listen without interrupting, acknowledge the problem, apologise for the experience, solve it or escalate, and confirm the customer is satisfied. Concentrix says "We are fighting for better brand experiences", so end on how the customer felt afterwards.
5. Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem for someone.
Use the STAR method. Concentrix says its site roles need "creative and analytical thinking to solve problems", so explain how you worked out the cause before you fixed it.
6. A customer asks something you don't know. What do you do?
Say you'd be honest, put them on a short hold or tell them what you're doing, check the knowledge base or ask a team lead, and come back with the correct answer. Accuracy matters more than speed when it's the client's customer on the line.
7. Are you comfortable working shifts, nights or weekends?
Answer honestly. Concentrix's FAQ says weekend work is possible depending on your team and project, so if you have limits, say so now.
8. For work-from-home roles: describe your setup.
Concentrix tests internet speed and system requirements for these roles. Describe a quiet space, a reliable connection and how you'd stay focused and reachable during a shift.
9. How do you handle targets and pressure?
Concentrix says fixed-term contracts may be renewed depending on project availability and your performance. Give an example of meeting a target or deadline while keeping quality up, and how you recovered on a bad day.
10. Tell me about a time you worked in a team.
This maps to "We are One Team, One Company" and "Collaborating constructively." Choose an example where your work helped the whole team reach its goal.
11. Tell me about a time you had to be honest when it was difficult.
Concentrix lists "Acting with integrity" among its beliefs. A small, honest example works best: admitting a mistake, correcting wrong information you gave, or refusing to cut a corner.
12. How do you take feedback?
Concentrix's FAQ says it values feedback and transparency. Describe feedback you received, what you changed and the result.
13. Can you speak to me in [language] for a minute?
If the role needs a second language, expect to use it. Concentrix asks for language skills on your CV and tests them on Harver, so practise introducing yourself and handling a simple customer issue in each language you listed.
14. Do you have any questions for us?
Ask about the training period, the client or process you'd support, the shift pattern, or how people grow into team leader roles.
How to prepare for a Concentrix interview
- Read the job post for the language, shift and location requirements.
- Prepare for Harver by reviewing grammar and vocabulary, basic computer skills and typing, and do it somewhere quiet once you open it.
- Check your email and phone often after applying. Concentrix sends test invitations by email, and its recruiters call by phone, then email or text if they can't reach you.
- Learn the culture beliefs and pick one or two you can back with a real example.
- Prepare four or five STAR stories on solving a customer problem, teamwork, pressure and honesty. Our list of behavioural interview questions gives you more to practise on.
- Practise speaking out loud, ideally in a mock interview, since communication is what's being judged.
- For work-from-home roles, test your internet and set up a quiet space before the assessment.
- Never pay or share bank details to get a Concentrix job. Report anyone who asks.
Practising realistic work tasks
Interviews reward prepared stories, and assessments reward judgement, which improves with practice on realistic tasks. Cohesyve, which publishes this guide, runs practice job simulations for customer service and other roles, with a scored report on where you lost marks. It isn't affiliated with Concentrix and doesn't use its assessments, Harver tests or questions.
