Abbott interview questions test how the role fits your career, how you connect to Abbott's purpose and how you lead and learn. Its careers FAQ explains the hiring process, and says interviews differ depending on the job.
Everything below comes from Abbott's own careers pages, linked as we go. Where Abbott doesn't say something, we say so rather than guess.

What is the Abbott interview process?
Abbott says its interviews differ depending on the job opportunity, and points candidates to the interview process listed on each posting. It doesn't publish a standard number of rounds, interview length or format. Read the posting for your role first, then ask your recruiter who you'll meet and how long to allow.
Does Abbott have an assessment or online test?
Abbott doesn't say on its careers pages. It doesn't mention aptitude tests, personality questionnaires or video-interview platforms, and doesn't name a test provider. If your role uses one, the posting or your recruiter's invitation is the reliable source.
How long does the Abbott hiring process take?
Abbott doesn't publish a timeline. It sends an email confirmation when you apply, and a recruiter contacts you if you're a fit. Check your status on Abbott's job search site.
What happens after the Abbott interview?
Abbott doesn't describe its offer stage on its careers pages. Check your application status on Abbott's job search site, and ask your recruiter about next steps.

We start with those, then add questions to prepare for built on Abbott's four values: pioneering, achieving, caring and enduring. Abbott doesn't publish the questions any particular interview will use. Use the STAR method for the "tell me about a time" questions.
